How is it ok for Obama to continue to attend racist churches?
What is considered acceptable behavior is society is very different for blacks than it is for whites. It is acceptable for all black organizations to exist, for pro-black sentiments to be expressed. It is NOT acceptable for all-white organizations to exist or for pro-white sentiments to be expressed (or anti-black sentiments). It is not acceptable for whites to discuss blacks in anyway. There is a lot of white guilt for the past sins of slavery. This is why when blacks congregate in churches and say things that could be considered anti-white, the media does not castigate them for this. Most high ranking media people are white and feel terrible about treatment of blacks in years past. They don't want to offend blacks. It has also been said - mainly by blacks - that blacks cannot be racist, because racism infers powers. Since they feel they have no power whatever they say or do cannot be racist.
