Do you think that Mentally Disabled people Deserve Disability checks?

It has more to do with need and necessity, and little to do with deserving or not deserving. As a society we have collectively chosen to help those in need. So no offense, but is up to society, not to you or anyone else to determine if anyone "deserves it" not, if they are truly in need.
